Cudnapo offers a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Available shipping methods and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We typically offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping for urgent orders, usually arrives within 2-3 business days from shipment.
  • Local Delivery (Rush City, MN area): For local customers, we offer direct delivery, which generally arrives on the same day or the next business day.

Shipping methods available to you will be displayed at checkout, and you can choose the one that best fits your needs.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be provided with the exact shipping charges before completing your purchase at checkout. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect products).

3. Free Shipping Offers

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping is typically available on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount or under special promotional terms. Be sure to check our website for any ongoing free shipping offers or discount codes.

4. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number (if applicable).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Any orders placed after 4:00 PM CST on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Local Delivery: Same day or next business day (for Rush City, MN and surrounding areas).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: Cudnapo currently ships to all U.S. states.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the U.S., please check back in the future as we may expand our shipping options.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track your order’s status through the carrier’s website.

For local deliveries, we may not always provide tracking information. However, you will be notified when your order is out for delivery.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes issues may arise during transit. If your order is damaged or lost, please follow these steps:

  1. Report within 24 hours: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if it is damaged or missing.
  2. Provide Documentation: If the product is damaged, please email us photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  3. Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or finding another suitable solution.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information, including the recipient’s name, street address, and contact information, is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Cudnapo is not responsible for any delays or shipping issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for reshipping or rerouting packages due to address errors.

10. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Refund and Returns Policy for returns and refunds.

11. Shipping Issues and Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or high seasonal demand. Cudnapo is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier once your package has been shipped.
